About the Role
The Technical Support Internship provides hands-on exposure to modern IT service management, incident troubleshooting, diagnostics, and high-impact technical communication.
You will learn how enterprise teams triage issues, support global users, maintain knowledge bases, and coordinate technical escalations with product and engineering teams.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose software, platform, browser, and configuration issues.
- User support: Provide professional, empathetic responses to technical questions and inquiries.
- Issue documentation: Maintain structured incident logs, reproducible steps, and bug reports.
- Technical research: Investigate root causes and identify recurring user pain points.
- Knowledge-base creation: Write clear user guides, standard operating procedures, and FAQs.
- Basic system diagnostics: Evaluate connectivity, browser developer logs, and configuration setups.
- Support ticket analysis: Monitor ticket categories, resolution velocity, and common questions.
- Escalation coordination: Route critical technical defects smoothly to engineering leads.
