About the Role

The Strategic Development Internship is designed for analytically minded graduates and early-career candidates aiming for management consulting, corporate strategy, or business development.

You will conduct deep-dive market sizing, business model evaluations, competitive intelligence, and executive briefing presentations that support TECHTRIBE and Industrus Tech expansion.

What You'll Do

  • Market analysis: Conduct macro research and trend forecasting across international tech hubs.
  • Competitive research: Construct positioning maps and peer group benchmarking studies.
  • Strategic research: Investigate expansion pathways into new regions (UK, Ireland, Germany, UAE).
  • Business model analysis: Review pricing, unit economics, and growth hypotheses.
  • Opportunity mapping: Develop structured decision matrices for new service offerings.
  • Presentation development: Build clear executive slide decks for leadership reviews.
  • Growth research: Analyze channel efficacy, partnerships, and market entry risks.
  • Strategic documentation: Draft briefing whitepapers and structured analytical summaries.
